Summary: Have never, ever stayed in a hotel that did not have housekeeping service! Shocking to return to room and see unmade beds, trash not emptied, bathroom not cleaned etc. Yuck. If they can’t even provide basic services, why would anyone want to stay there? Noisy A/C. Overpriced restaurants. Paid $8 for one hot dog. No fries. We asked for two rooms, one with 2 beds and handicap accessible. They gave us a king bed. Not helpful fot my niece and mom. Only went so my 88 year old mom could gamble. Never again.

Summary: Wonderful casino/hotel. Very tight... meets US federal military/intelligence bases and National Labs (e.g. Fermi, Argonne, Sandia, Ft. Bragg) standards of infrastructure and customer service and care.

Summary: Getting luggage to your room is a chore. 4 days no maid service. Not busy at all. Had to paid resort fee. ( Its not Vegas ) Everyone looked unhappy. Very cold inside.

Summary: Wifi was problematic from the beginning. The concept at this hotel to have no more than 3 devices connected or pay more is insane. That was very disappointing. Would have to have walked from one end of the casino to the other to use the pool. Food selections were VERY disappointing! We ate elsewhere every day!

Summary: Nice comfortable room. We saw another review that mentioned the rooms were dated. I don't know what room they had because outs was very nice. It was easily the best deal in town for the room we got at the price we got it.
